SUMMER BOOTCAMPS

Who? - All levels of fitness welcome!
What? - Outdoor workouts that include Strength, Cardio, and Conditioning elements mixed with a little bit of FUN
Where? - Crescent Heights Park
When? - Saturdays and Sundays - Schedule will be posted on website
Why? - Get sweaty and meet some awesome gals!
If that's not convincing enough, I may be able to bribe you with the occasional coffee and treats!
How much? - $10/session - come out to however many you want can!

You can pay directly online from the scheduling app, or you can bring cash or e-transfer before or after class in person.

There is no minimum or maximum amount of classes you need to take, pick whichever ones you’d be able to make and pay as you go!

If there are any future changes to be made to the schedule, I will give everyone as much notice as possible, but make sure to check in from time to time also.
